INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY

As a licensed therapist, I draw from several evidence-based approaches to support your journey back to your authentic self. Internal Family Systems (IFS) allows us to gently explore and heal the wounded parts of you with compassion. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps shift the unhelpful thought patterns that often fuel anxiety and perfectionism. Somatic techniques guide you in regulating your nervous system and feeling safer in your body. With attachment-focused therapy, we strengthen your ability to build secure, connected relationships. I also integrate mindfulness and self-compassion to quiet the inner critic and build emotional resilience.
